WARRANTY
All our LED products have a 90 day warranty. All HID products have a 1
year warranty. We apologize in the event you receive a defective item.
If the day you received the package is within the warranty period, we
are happy to replace the defective item. The product must be shipped
within 90 days of original purchase date. Defective items may be
returned for a same-item exchange only. All non-defective returns are
subject to a 15% restocking fee.
We offer two options:
1. Send back the
defective item with your completed
return form, and we will send out the new one(s) upon receipt.
2.
If you would like us to ship out right away, please request an invoice
for the items or simply order them directly from our website
www.v-leds.com if the correct quantity needed is offered. We will issue
a full refund to your account upon our receipt of the defective
product.
If your package was originally shipped to you via USPS
please send the items in the original packaging, marked "REFUSED"
"RETURN TO SENDER" with a copy of your completed
return form. No additional postage is necessary.

If
it has been more than 90 days and you feel your case is an exception to
our policy, please explain so that we can review the validity of your
claim. Again we are very sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you
and will work hard for a quick resolution.
RETURNS
We offer a 30 day return and 15% restock fee on all our products. If the day you received the product within the
30 day period, we would be happy to offer a refund. All items must be in
"new" condition, in original packaging. Any discrepancies could
result in a delay or partial forfeiture of your credit. V-LEDS will not be
liable if you order the wrong product. If we made the mistake we will right
the wrong. For any shipment
that is refused without prior approval, you will automatically be charged
$5.00 or 15%, whichever is greater (for international order we will charge 30%
of the invoice price plus all shipping and duty we paid for the return
product(s), to cover costs associated with processing your order and return.
Shipping costs are not refundable. We will issue a refund less 15% for the product
when your return meets these guidelines. The cost of shipping will be credited
only in those instances where the return is a result of our error.
Please send back the unwanted merchandise with your completed return form
for a refund. If you are returning to purchase another item in
exchange, we will waive the restock fee. The total value of the
merchandise returned will be refunded to your PayPal account or credit
card upon receipt. If you paid with a money order please allow 7-10
days.
DAMAGED PRODUCTS
If your product has been damaged in shipment, you must contact us via email
within 24 hours of receipt and we will provide you with return/replacement
information.
EXCHANGE POLICY
We offer a 30 day exchange on all our products. If you would like a different
product please purchase it from our website, then send back the unwanted items
with the original packing slip for a refund. Sorry shipping and handling is
not refundable.
Please send the item(s) with a copy of your completed return form.

*Please do not send product back in a standard envelope, it will not be
in there when we receive it. Insurance and some form of tracking or
delivery confirmation is recommended but not required.
Please print our return form and include it with your package.
We will not charge a restock fee if you include the invoice number of the replacement purchase on your return form.
