Shipping and Ordering Information
All orders are processed upon receipt. Actual shipping times may vary. Most orders are shipped same day or next day of receiving your order. No orders are processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday. In the event of delays, every effort will be made to contact you by E-mail. If the delay is due to back order, you will receive notice by e-mail and be given the choice to remain on back order, substitute to another item, or cancel your order. An email is sent to confirm that your order has been received and is being processed.

**When purchasing LEDs and HIDs together FREE shipping, or the highest price shipping is the initial cost, the "Each Additional" charge will apply to all other items in the cart.

Can I track Priority Mail International?

Priority Mail International has delivery information limited only to major destinations. The only international mail service that offers full tracking is Express Mail service (including Global Express Guaranteed® and Express Mail International®). Tracking information includes various scans as the item is enroute to the destination.

We will only accept Credit Cards, PayPal, and Money Orders on all international orders.

Cancel An Order
To cancel an item on back order, contact our customer service department at this email. Please include your Invoice Number within the message. If the order cannot be canceled you will be notified.


Warranty Return Exchange


Defective Item:

We apologize in the event you receive a defective item. All our LED products have a 30 day warranty. All HID products have a 1 year warranty. If the day you received the package is within the warranty period, we are happy to replace the defective part.
 
We offer two options:
 
1. Send back the defective, and we will send out the new one(s) upon receipt.
2. If you would like us to ship out right away, please request an invoice for the items. We will credit your account upon our receipt of the defective product.

The defective product must be shipped within 30 days of original purchase date. Please let us know which of these two options you prefer.

If your package was originally shipped to you via USPS please send the items in the original packaging, marked "REFUSED" "RETURN TO SENDER" with a copy of your completed return form. No additional postage is necessary.
 
If you do not have the original package, please send in a new padded mailer (postage is required) to:

Please print the following return form and include it with your package.
If it has been more than 30 days and you feel your case is an exception to our policy, please explain so that we can review the validity of your claim. Again we are very sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you and will work hard for a quick resolution.

Return or Exchange:

We would be happy to refund the purchase price of the product. Please send back the unwanted merchandise with a copy of the original packing slip for a refund. Sorry shipping and handling is not refundable. All returns subject to 15% restock fee. If you are returning to repurchase another item we will wave the restock fee. The total value of the merchandise returned will be refunded to your PayPal account upon receipt. If you paid with a money order please allow 7-10 days. 

We offer a 7 day return on all our products. If the day you received the product within the 7 day period, we would be happy to offer a refund.

If exchanging and you would like a different product please purchase it from our website www.v-leds.com or ebay store, then send back the unwanted items with the original packing slip for a refund. Sorry shipping and handling is not refundable.

When you order, we need to know your name, e-mail address, mailing address, credit card number, and expiration date. This allows us to process and fulfill your order and to notify you of your order status.
