Payment Information

Accepted payment methods include:

Credit Card (secure processing through our checkout)

Personal and business checks from the US and Canada (Canadian checks must be written in US funds)

Money Order or Cashier's Checks. International payments must be made out in US funds

All orders are processed upon receipt. Actual shipping times may vary. Most orders are shipped same day or next day of receiving your order. No orders are processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday. In the event of delays, every effort will be made to contact you by E-mail. If the delay is due to backorder, you will receive notice by e-mail and be given the choice to remain on backorder, substitute to another item, or cancel your order. An email is sent to confirm that your order has been received and is being processed.

Cancel An Order
To cancel an item on back order, contact our customer service department at this email. Please include your Invoice Number within the message. If the order cannot be canceled you will be notified.

Return/Exchange Policy

We would be happy to refund the purchase price of the product. Please send back the unwanted merchandise with a copy of the original packing slip for a refund. Sorry shipping and handling is not refundable. All returns subject to 15% restock fee. The total value of the merchandise returned will be refunded to your PayPal account upon receipt. If you paid with a money order please allow 7-10 days.

We offer a 7 day return on all our products. If the day you received the product within the 7 day period, we would be happy to offer a refund.

If you would like a different product please purchase it from our website www.v-leds.com or ebay store, then send back the unwanted items with the original packing slip for a refund. Sorry shipping and handling is not refundable.
